PIP review form was created by Mike1878
Hi all,
I received a PIP review form and it just seems overwhelming after only a year since I won my appeal, why do they need to ask all this stuff all over again?
I was told that I can just write on each page that there is "No change", but my question is, if I put that for every page, will they consider that its no change from my original form and then default back to their original logic of I think was 6 points, or will they consider what was established at the tribunal hearing also?
What am I best doing, and how am I best doing it? I have around one week to get the form in.
Thanks kindly 😊

Hi Mike1878
If you have only one week to get the form in, the first thing I would advise you to do is to ring up and ask for an extension. If you haven't already had one - they should automatically give you a two week extension.
I'm sorry that you are being reviewed again so quickly - that is hard. Make sure that you send in a copy of your judgment to remind them that you won at the tribunal and refer to it in your evidence. It's up to you, but even if you decide to tick the no change box, I would write a couple of sentences on precisely what has changed. It's a risk - just ticking no change and it's not something we advise in the guide to PIP claims and reviews (page 129 onwards) - but if you don't feel you have the energy to do otherwise, then do so. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip
