Forced migration ESA to UC. 're Housing benefit

Hello, I may be over reading this letter/mildly panicking but I submitted my claim to UC last Friday and today I received a letter from my council telling me;

I have terminated your housing benefit award from 21st November 2025. Full rent is now payable from this date. The dept of works and pensions advised us that you qualify for an additional two weeks extension of your housing benefit, known as Transition to US housing payment..

I am reading this as I no longer qualify for housing, as it say "full rent is now Payable from this date" am I correct or panic reading? I
I found the online form quite straightforward to fill in (after reading your guide) but was slightly anxious after receiving this letter, that I may have incorrectly filled something in. Any thought would be gratefully received. Thank you.
