i called. agent said nothing on system . agent sent chaser and a note that PIP have asked for decision too

Hi Sum

I'm sorry this is happening to you. I can't find on the government website how long it takes on average. I googled a question about it, and the answer was 8 - 12 weeks. (but I have no idea if that is accurate). When I became an appointee, it took 72 hours.

i checked the journal and agent has entered 'After speaking today, I've asked that a case manager looks at your case and responds to the questions you raised. They will respond by 15 December 2025, before 6:00pm. An agent'

Its so exhausting dealing with DWP at any level..... its too shambolic
