Can I check if pip form has been accepted without phone?

I have been struggling for a long time to apply for PIP. My form is hugely out of date/past the deadline I was unable to request another by phone. In my evidence I included multiple screenshots of letters I sent requesting a new form with the Microsoft word information stating last edited date and current date visible as well as proof of delivery for each request as I never received the new forms I asked for.

I also included a cover letter explaining that I have not been able to obtain a new form so have submitted the out of date one along with paged of additional information detailing any changes since it was completed and when the change happened, finally I acknowledged the form was so out dated but as I had failed repeatedly to obtain a new one could they please consider it and I realise the date of my claim would most likely default to the date they received it and was okay with that.

It was signed for November 25th but I've received no text to say they have it even. I am physically unable to communicate via phone and have nobody who can call for me, is there any other way to check if it is being processed?
