Hi all,
I am in the support group for new style Esa if I was to claim uc will this be deducted off the UC total ? I am also doing permitted work 12 hours which is £625 a month please advice

If you claim UC then both your NS ESA and your wages will be deducted from your UC, there is no permitted work when you apply for UC, the rules are different.

We would advise you to seek specialist advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation: advicelocal.uk where they can take all your circumstances into consideration when giving you advice.
