Supposed job centre appointment

Hi there , tearing hair out here , waiting for statement for first UC payment due frudsy , just phoned UC helpline and ( third time ) lady saud it's been generated so hopefully il receive it today BUT she then said you missed a appointment at job centre I said NO I didn't! One i have phone calls only have for years and no letter to say anything either . I told her when I was doing the three way application for UC via citizens I said then I don't have job centre appointments in job centre I have phone calls. She said its so annoying when they do this mess with people .
Waiting for trouble over this but hey ho if I get my money on Friday that's the most important thing to me I guess as have literally £20 in my bank account lol . Thanks .
