Good evening,
I just wanted to give an update on my previous posts from three months ago.
Having followed David’s advice, in contacting Mike Pages office, I’m pleased to say that this really got the ball moving. I received a decision on my mandatory reconsideration in my favour.
I can confirm that yesterday I received a phone call from UC. I was told that a payment of over £2000, would be going into my bank next week , and also a further payment would be due once they had calculated for this last payment period.
I can’t thank you enough for advising me what my options were.
It’s such a huge relief to get this payment and also to know that my future payments will be the correct amount each month.
This had been going on for almost a year, I struggled financially and emotionally. I hope this brings hope to others that find themselves in this position.
Xx
