Hello
Given that the spaces are small for sections of the changes to health condition, daily living needs and mobility needs, how much detail information is required. Also, is it acceptable to insert extra pages to give a fuller answer for each topic..

If you look at page 135 - of the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews, it has guidance on how to complete the AR2 form. It depends on whether your condition has changed since you last filled out the form. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip
