Tribunal success was created by Bud
Hello all,
I’m sure all this has been going on for more than 2 years. In that time I had 2 assessments, & a successful MR for my EDL which I accepted. However, I still got nothing for mobility, so off to the tribunal I went.
I didn’t expect too much, I almost gave up on it because of something DWP said to me during a phone call. Then I thought they must be worried to say something like that. I was told I could lose my entire award, & that they had nothing else to do aaaaaaaall day but go through my paperwork. l felt kind of threatened by the way they said aaaaall. But that, was what made me keep at it.
Last month I was really surprised to get 10 points for planning & following a journey :’-). I’ve battled with this for years, always tried, but only got the 4 points for OPD. Plus although I’d been to the tribunal previously for DL, I was grateful to get it, & didn’t dare push my luck & go for mobility too.
Thanks to you all for the guides, & examples. I knew how I felt but could never quite put it into words. I suppose if you live with something for so long you just see as normal.
