Hello,

Thanks to your fabulous guides i have recently gone through a PIP Review successfully and quickly. I submitted my documents in early December 2025, had a text saying it had been completed on Christmas Eve, and a letter with the decision keeping my award the same in early January 2026.
I rang the PIP line today asking for a copy of the assessment report but they said there wasn't one. Is this correct? Or should i write to them as well?

Thank you for all your help, i could not have faced this without all your guides and help.

Hello MissEl

If you'd had a telephone or video assessment, there would have been an assessment report. Because you had a paper-based assessment, they have stopped producing a report, so what you were told was correct. I know a couple of members in a similar position have made a subject access request for any information/notes that were compiled at the time. One member I think was successful in getting something, but I don't remember how helpful it was.
