I usually receive my ESA (CB Support Group) every 2 weeks for £281.10. However, on checking my bank statement today, the ESA is £261.03 and I’ve received a separate payment of £20.07 JSA. This is the first time I’ve seen this. It adds up to the same amount but I’m not in receipt of have applied for JSA. Please can anyone explain why this has happened? Thank you.
