Hi

I hope someone can help.

Scope state that disabled persons' trusts can be opened with funds from court compensation (www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/leav...person-in-will-trust).

However, I have spoken to several solicitors who have all stated they only open such trusts for inheritances.

Does anyone know of any solicitors who will open a disabled persons trust for court compensation?
