Hi Gary,
any pointers about how to collect medical evidence to go 'pre-emptive' for a possible, near future reassessment? I am starting to make copies of all my older medical evidence to start with.
My guess is that I'll need recent medical evidence too, since the older medical evidence would not disprove a negative outcome at a medical reassessment. Am I right? Weak questions perhaps, but not too weak.... Thanks.

Hi Invisible
I was about to say don't forget our guides as they are very well written, another good book to purchase is called Disability Rights Handbook, I would wait until the next edition (51) comes out in April with all the recent changes.

Hi Invisible
Just send in your most recent medical evidence which states how your condition affects you. I usually try not to send in duplicates, if you have new conditions then send new medical evidence, remember you have to have a condition for 3 months ongoing for 9+ months.
If you have a copy of your PA4 it will tell you what your previous assessor was looking at, in their opinion.
