Won my PIP appeal still paying me the wrong rate

Won my PIP appeal still paying me the wrong rate was created by JLP
Hi I won my appeal I put this on last week. I called them last Thursday after they text me. They said they are processing my award. They said I’d get back pay and an award letter. Yesterday they paid my PIP in and it’s still the old rate, not my new award rate😤

What does that mean? It’s been a month since I got the news I won my appeal but nothing has changed it seems they continue to torment me. I’m fed up with the lot of it. Anyone have any advice? Thank you.

Hi JLP

I'm sorry this is still happening to you. It just means that the system has not yet been updated to reflect your tribunal win. All you can do is ring again. Tell the call handler you are a vulnerable person and this is making you ill and ask to be put through to a case manager or ask for a call-back to explain what is happening.
