Thanks again David.

Ater being told lots of confusing answers its really appreciated.

We were told the reason for staying apart wouldn't be good enough.

We were told our benifits would be cut as I'd be expected to provide as she's now my wife and lots of other conflicting answers.

I'm new to this site and so glad I joined as I'm sure I'll have more questions. 😂

There is a lot of false information out there.
It is also possible for a married couple who have split up and are living as single people together to both get single person's Benefits even though they are still living in the matrimonial home.
