buying my council house with a son. was created by muzeyimama

my friend is on universal credit and pip and she is not working due to ill health, she wanted to buy her council house with her son who is self employed who is going to be paying most of the mortgage.
will she be in trouble with universal credit ? or will she be called in for re-assessment or interview when she tells them to cancel the housing element of the universal credit after buying the council house.
