Hi, just wondering, does it say anywhere what info the assessors are supposed to be given before carrying out an assessment? I’m trawling through Tribunal paperwork which includes 3 Health assessments. Each assessor has listed what info they were given to read before the assessment, but I don’t know if there’s a precedent/rules for how much and what type of info DWP are meant to provide? If anyone can shed any light on this please it'd be much appreciated! Many thanks

I think you might be misunderstanding the process. The assessors have listed the evidence they considered to make their decision not the evidence that was available to them.
Each of the assessors would have had access to your daughter's form and all the evidence (that was on the system at the time of the assessment - that includes current and past).
Now, it's quite possible for an assessor to look at all recent evidence but cherry-pick some to use in the decision-making process. It's also possible they only looked at what they listed and nothing else. Unfortunately, it's impossible to tell. When you're making your case, you can always say in your answer that they failed to 'recognise, acknowledge, mention ...." or they "Omitted, forgot, misunderstood, misinterpreted ...." and reference - evidence that you had already submitted.
