If you are unhappy with the decision of the Mandatory Reconsideration, your only next option is to put in an Appeal. Appeals can take up to a year to take place.
You can find out how to do this by looking at the Guide to Appeals. You should lodge your appeal, which you can choose to do online, within one month of the date on the decision letter.
