Still no health payments added to basic UC

DWP advisors phone me after the home visit by officers to my home . They know I have a major mental illnspoke to who ever in the DWP elsewhere while in my home . However no extra money has been added . Some who phone me say I have to go to the J local C and I have now been sancioned £60 each time I don't besides the local council said I have to pay CT !
When I didn't I got a phone call from the local office telling me I must pay£100 or while the DWP get in touch with them to court and get fined so I had to pay .
DWP ,all different in the phone tell me different on what I should do some say youd must go to job centre with a sick note others say we are still working on our case.
