Hi, I thanks to all here kept my pip at the same level with a paper review so I'm relieved. However, I believe I was underscored in my last review and now this one. So this time I am going to try get the correct scores as evidence I've sent in has been ignored.
It looks like they've just copied my last review of which I should have challenged but didn't have the energy.
What do you suggest I do?
I've only just had this review so should I get in touch with DWP asking for the paperwork, showing how they got to these scores. I don't know what this is called, sorry.
Lastly, if they copy the reasons given in the review a couple of years ago and use them in my latest one, is there anything you advise about that?
I just find it strange with a paper review I have exactly the same scores as last time, even though I have a progressive illness, that's got worse, effecting my dadys more, and evidence sent in with my paperwork doesn't seem to have been taken into account.
There's one section I scored 0 and I sent evidence proving that section should not be scored 0.

Because you have had a paper review there won't be any report about how they came to their decision. They used to write one but they stopped doing them in the pandemic. I do know of one person who put in a subject access request to try and see if any notes were made - and I think they did get something back, but how useful it was they didn't say.
So your only choice now - is to put in for Mandatory Reconsideration, saying that you disagree with the decision and showing where you believe you have been miscored and highlighting the evidence that backs up your response. You need to do this within one month of the date on your decision letter.
