Hi

I sent off my review form a few days ago and I'm now quite worried. I wrote 'see attached sheet' for each question I was answering but I didn't write the numbers of the questions.

Are they likely to just not read it as its not numbered? (For each activity i wrote about 1 sheet of a4)

We've answered your other post. There is nothing you can do about it now. They won't ignore the sheets because they don't have numbers. Hopefully, they understand which question you're referring to.
