Just got my pip review form and activity 11 confuses me. (Most things do!)

On my old form
I seem to remember the question relating to whether you could follow a familiar route but need support to follow an unfamiliar route.

But thus form doesn't seem to differentiate...

Help?

The form has been changed since your last review. There is a breakdown and explanation for this question in the Guide to PIP claims and reviews from pages 80 to 89. If you're puzzled which one applies to you after you have read the guide come back and ask and we will try to help you.
