Don't let what Ingeus said about you get to you. Clearly they are happy to produce sloppy reports. It's up to you whether you want to keep fighting, but I would decide on the basis of what outcome you want . If you think there's little chance of you winning, you may want to drop it - but if it is you would just like to cause them the rightly deserved inconvenience of having to provide a proper response, you might want to pursue it.
