PIP review panic was created by olly349
Hi, I received my PIP review form a few weeks ago and I asked for an extension which was granted and I have just over 4 weeks to return the form by. I spoke to an advisor at the CAB the last time I did a PIP review form so I emailed her and managed to book an appointment in 2 weeks time for advice on completing the form. I also spoke to my social worker. She advised me to speak to either Age UK or Imago for advice on filling in the form. This has left me quite confused as to who I should be talking to. My OCD makes me feel I should speak to everyone but I know this is not viable. Should I just stick to the appointment I already have booked with the CAB or should I talk to Age UK or Imago as well? I am not of state pension age so I am not sure whether I am eligible for advice from Age UK. I am aware there are long waiting lists for help and as I have only 4 weeks left I am panicking over what I should do and not taking action because I am confused.
I still have my answers that I typed to the previous form and all of that still applies now but there are new issues that I need to include on my latest form. Am I right in thinking I can type all my answers and then attach that to the form I was sent? It is much easier for me to type because I have a frozen shoulder and I get wrist pain when I do a lot of writing. I really need to get started but I am struggling with overthinking and panic. I have the membership option on this site which has the PIP training. Does that help to explain the various questions on the form? I am unsure whether I should start with that or with the written guide. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi olly349
You could start with taking instruction on completing the form from Citizens Advice. If you were then still confused you could make further enquiries.
Yes you can type out your answers on separate sheets but make sure you put your name and national insurance number at the top of each sheet.
I haven't taken part in the PIP training so maybe other members could share their experiences.
Let us know how you get on.
