Hello. I've had to cut my hours to 10 a week working from home because I can't do more. Now I'm struggling to do that because of various chronic health conditions and disabilities.
Is it possible to start the ESA claim process while working 10 hours a week and not off-sick?
I'm probably actually doing 5 hours a week most weeks, but this means I'm not being signed off and have no Fit Notes.

Hi Aitch

You will need a Fit Note to claim New Style ESA. Have you thought of claiming Universal Credit ?
