I've had a work focussed interview, and afterwards my commitments was changed to 16 hours per week - where I will prepare for work. What does preparing for work mean?

Hi Joe2027

I understand you have had a meeting with a Work Coach at the Jobcentre. Did they explain what you need to do as a Work Preparation activity?
