Voluntary back to work interviews

Hi there,

I have recently received a message on my journal from the job centre offering an appointment to come in and discuss getting back to work which stated it was voluntary.
At the moment I am too ill to be able to do this, I was actually dismissed on health grounds from my job last year, a job I loved fir nearly 20 years and will try to get back, if and when I am able to.
As I am under a lot of stress at the moment including trying to complete my PIP review and my PIP tribunal at the same time when focus is very difficult for me due to cognitive symptoms, I simply didn’t reply but now they have sent me a second message and I’m so anxious about it I don’t know what to do or say.
Any advice would be appreciated.
