Pip renewal acceptance was created by Roch82
I just want to share my pip renewal outcome.
I suffer with mental health anxiety, ptsd depression, osteoarthritis in my foot and spine, pain in my hips and fibro. (And everything that comes with that). I have been receiving pip since 2021 which was a massive fight. Took over a year to get it, through tribunal (which was based on my mental health) although I had mobility issues on there too, I only got award standard for both daily and mobility components. I was advised by the judge to put in a change of circumstances in straight away for my fibro and other stuff, but that fight had ground me down that much I needed a rest. Fast forward a few months maybe a yea, and I put the change in, to get the same award so again went to tribunal and nothing changed. I then went to citizens advice as I wanted my recording from court but it hadn't been recorded. Citizens advice also found an error in law on the report, so it went to the high court to over rule the tribunal decision. I got that set aside and had a new panel look at my appel. I ended up winning and got both enhanced. Fast forward to this year when it runs out in November, I was sent my renewal letter and sent it back . I wrote it like my first form in much detail and to my surprise I got a paper based decision( no assessment!) and they kept me on enhanced for both untill 2032. Shocked is an understatement, i could not believemy eyes. All the fighting over the years has paid off. Now I can breath for a while.

Hi Roch82
Many congratulations. I am so pleased for you. Your tenacity to keep fighting has certainly paid off, and I'm so glad they made a paper-based assessment; you now have a substantial break before you have to think of another review form.
