Good afternoon my wife downloaded the new dwp app to see her award she was shocked to see they have given her from 2026 to 2032 but because of her age this takes her to 69 years of age i thought that if you are in pension age they give indefinate awards is this correct or not

Your wife can expect a light touch review every 10 years as a pensioner.

Hi david thankyou for your reply she hasnt got indefinate just exyra 3 years added on without a review but she will be 69 by time revirw is due

So as she will be 69 and past the State Pension age her reviews will be 10 yearly and light touch.
