Hello,

I have a PIP telephone assessment coming up with Maximus. Unfortunately, both the benefits advisor and my specialist therapist are unable to support me on this call due to clashing with annual leave and a medical appointment.

I have become very isolated and so I don't really have anymore options. Are there any individuals or organisations that could offer me support during this call? I struggle with severe depression and anxiety.

I'm afraid I don't know of any other organisations that could help.

Have you asked Maximus to change the date of your assessment? If your therapist or benefits advisor would contact them, I'm sure they will change the date to when one of them is available.
