Getting access to Assessor's notes was created by jgregg

Is it helpful to use the assessor notes from a previous decision to complete a new review form AR2. I have had PIP for several years now and have never seen any of my Assessor's notes. If this is a good idea how do I request the notes?

Hi jgregg

You need to phone PIP and ask for the Assessor's medical report usually referred to as a PA4.
