Have you tried phoning Serco? It is usually between 2 to 6 weeks.
Maybe other Forum members can share their experiences.

I had mine yesterday and was told I would hear something in around 6 weeks time . It has been just over 3 months from applying to having my assessment yesterday, so another 6 weeks makes the whole process quite long. If awarded then you do get it back dated to the day you applied though .
