How long after ESA telephone assessment do you get the result on average?

I'm in the south and it will be Serco.

I had mine yesterday and was told I would hear something in around 6 weeks time . It has been just over 3 months from applying to having my assessment yesterday, so another 6 weeks makes the whole process quite long. If awarded then you do get it back dated to the day you applied though .

Also Serco. 8 weeks and still waiting. I got different estimates depending on who answered the phone. Most honest advice I was given was "no idea" and to call back every 3 weeks to check as the decision letter can take some time to reach you, that way you get more time to sort out the Mandatory Reconsideration.

I had my Tele assessment 14/7/26
I phoned either the 20/7 or 21/7 to request a copy of the ESA85 medical report and I was told I had passed and been put in the support group.
