Hi everyone,
I applied for a change in circustances review in June and I have had a text saying that a decision has been made and I will get a letter in two weeks!!
I was wondering whether there is a way to find out the decision before the letter arrives? Someone suggested going via Gov.UK and looking on my benefits section but I can't get it to accept my ID.

I know they won't tell me if I fone them, just being a bit impatient.

Hi midnightvelvet

Although people occasionally have found out over the telephone, this goes against procedure. The DWP staff are not supposed to say. I can't tell you whether it is listed in your benefits section yet, but that would be the only way.
