It's not how busy the office is whilst you are sat there. It seems they are always very busy.
It's the determining office.
I know how you feel, it's horribly stressful waiting. People on the new system ESA are waiting much much longer, so hang in there. Only a few more days.
Have a good read through this site, it will give you something to take your mind off things.I found it invaluable.
