Hi all, I have a question for all you in the know. I posted some good new on here a week ago telling home a doctor had come to my home and how I was awarded indefinite DLA. Now I am still waiting for my appeal to be herd and it is some 10 months since the Atos health professional did his medical and scored me, Yes you guessed it 0 Points. So my question is this, do I now tell the ESA lot about my DLA and if I do, do you think they might want to save them selves some money and rethink the Atos report before making fools of there selves and spend a lot of tax payers money in doing so.

ESA & DLA are two separate benefits which are mutually exclusive and thus attract different medical criteria, thus being awarded DLA (and well done on that) doesn't necessarily mean an automatic award for ESA.
