can't download guides

I've just bought a year's membership in order to download your ESA Appeals guide, but when I click on the link, all I get is a page inviting me to download the sample pages, with a sign saying 'join now', even thoigh I've already joined!

What am I doing wrong?

I've just tested the members only area and the guides are downloading fine.
