Firstly I filled in the DLA forum, was really stressful to be honest, post it off, get a letter back, I appeled, still no, so decided to go to Tribunal, and when I saw them, I was there for a minute, to be told, that I have to have a medical... a medical?? why didnt the DLA do that in the first place.... I am still waiting an answer.
My question has that happened to anyone else? I mean go to the Tribunal and have to have a medical?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Hi,
No, you are not in the wrong place.
What has happened to you is not unusual, in that the tribunal want you to be medically examined in order for them to come to a decision on your claim.
As to why the DWP did not do it, I cannot answer, but your situation is not uncommon.
