Good afternoon,
Please can you tell me if I should expect an acknowledgement of my appeal for I/B?
I sent it by registered post on the 24/08/2010.

Hi Crescendo

Yes, they should send a letter acknowledging receipt of your appeal and explaining what happens next, and I would have expected you to have received it by now.

I would suggest that you give them a ring just to confirm it's been received.
