TOPIC: Has anyone passed an ESA test on pain alone?

Re:Has anyone passed an ESA test on pain alone? 9 years 3 months ago #32884

Hi pogo95,

Pain should be taken into account by the medical assessor and decision maker when deciding whether you are able to undertake activities in the physical health test.

Even if they didn't, an appeal tribunal most definitely would.

Good luck,

Steve
