regulation 29(2)(b) was created by gris

i've been granted the above regulation after scoring only 6 points in the previous atos medical.

What effect has this bit of paper when i'm called for a new atos medical.

I take it that they will just ignore it as if it didn't exist. What rights does the regulation give me, if any.

Whilst in principle each ESA assessment is "start again", you can now use this, what I assume is a Tribunal ruling, as evidence to be included with your ESA50, esecially if you can show that your condition has not improved since the previous Decision (not the Tribunal).
