Hello, I was hoping for advice re my recent medical for dla update on change of circs. I have got a copy of the EMPs report and dont know whether to mention it in my appeal, there are 2dates entered on the report, first half he did whilst we were there the rest are dated and initialled 10days later? and I wasnt asked anything about anything on that part? does this therefore invalidate what he recorded? it is also contradictory of what he wrote in the 1st part.
help please

If you feel there are errors or inconsitencies in the medical report, then it is certainly reasonable to mention them in your evidence to the Tribunal.
However, as important as this can sometimes be, you will only win your case by showing that you meet the criteria for DLA, so concentrate on that aspect.
