relevant anymore as i am trying to find as much correct information as possible on these subjects.

I am not aware of any changes to the permitted Work rules so this should be OK.
With regard to WFI/PWIs, in broad terms the advice is still relevant, however, changes in these areas may mean that the detailed information needs to be revised. I'll ask Steve Donnison for his views.
