I have already replied with this in another thread but thought it curious enough to warrant its own.
My friend has just told me she received a letter last week telling her to expect a call from IB (she's been on IB since 2005).
Yesterday she got that call, was asked a few questions then told she will be sent a further questionaire, which I presume is the Capability Questionaire.
Has anyone else had this sequence of events, is this how they are doing it? Not just sending out the questionaire?
