There will be no more Incapacity Benefit assessments as it has been replace by ESA.
There are guides for ESA in the Members area, that cover the ESA50 questionnaire.
With regard to what you might be asked, the closest thing to this is the ESA Handbook, which was written for the ATOS "medical" staff, this is with the other guides, but is quite large 150+ pages.
