Does anyone have a rough idea how long it takes for appeal to be heard in the Durham area.I expect it will be pretty quickly as don t have to wait long each time for medical after sending back ESA50 form Thank you
I don't know what the situation in Durham is but medicals are handled by Medical Services, which is a completely different organization to the Tribunals Service.
It does appear that medicals are arranged soon after the ESA50 is received, but a hearing could be anything between 3 to 12 months.
