I suspect the DWP is being quite deliberately undermined by successive governments so they can have it replaced by private businesses run by their chums, no doubt with a view to a seat on the board by way of gratitude for work put their way. In my view this is daylight robbery from the public purse and I'm amazed so few people seem to be putting two and two together about this.
