Hi ak
I'm not a moderator or expert, however my research online revealed that electronic incapacity reports (LIMA) have been rolled out since 2003. Wefare Rights Bulletin www.cpag.org.uk/cro/wrb/wrb189/computer.htm may be of use to you.
Kind regards

Hi,
It appears that your medical is for Incapacity Benefit (IB) or it's successor Employment Support Allowance (ESA).
However, it's also being used for DLA medicals and has been for over 5 years.
