Hi folks.I am awaiting the outcome of my being transferred from income support because of long term sickness to ESA . If I fail to get enough points for ESA and I then appeal, which benefit will I be on while awaiting the appeal? Will they put me on Job Seekers? Thanks for any help in advance... X

Anybody being transferred who has to appeal, will receive the ESA Assessment rate until their hearing is heard.
