If they change your DLA, and there is no reason to assume they willI have just received my renewal claim form for DLA today, the renewal date is the 12th of December, I have not yet had a date about ESA. What would be the best time to return the completed form?
Should it be as soon as possible or a month before it is due. I am on higher rate DLA but the way things are going with the Government and ATOS I am not confident that I will retain that.
